Return Policy
At Spur Name Tapes, your complete satisfaction is
our main concern.
You may return any non-customized or non-personalized
item for a full credit or refund, not including shipping costs, as long as:
- You have contacted us for a Return
Authorization. We will not refund any returns without prior
authorization. Call 1-800-626-3837 or e-mail us at spur@fidnet.com
for a Return Authorization #.
- Item should be in new condition with
original packaging and accessories.
- The item needs to be returned to us
within 30 days of receipt.
We'll also provide free surface mail return
shipping if the return is a result of our error. We will not pay any
returned shipping that is not sent via surface shipping. Please note that
it is best to insure your returned package, because we have to receive the item
before we can issue a credit.
Discrepancies or shortages in shipment must be
made within 7 days of receiving your order.
